Meaning & nuance
금강산 (Geumgangsan) is a mountain famous for its scenery, in present-day North Korea. 식후경 (食後景) means "the view after eating." However beautiful the view, you enjoy it only after a meal.
People say it when someone wants to start sightseeing, shopping or working on an empty stomach. It means "Let's eat first."

식후경 is said [시쿠경], with ㄱ and ㅎ merging into ㅋ. In romanization, nouns keep the h: sikhugyeong. -이라는데 means "they say ..., so ..." and is a handy way to bring up a saying.
